Your place as a sous chef is behind the scenes.
You are the highest-ranking member of the kitchen team after the head chef. Therefore, you bear full responsibility and are tasked with helping everyone, teaching, and, of course, performing your duties in a proper and professional manner. Trust is a fundamental requirement in this position and is absolutely expected of you.
