Shape pastry at Michelin-star level
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Chef Patissier (m/f/d) to lead the entire pastry department of our hotel.

Your tasks
- Leadership and organization of the pastry department
- Development of innovative dessert creations and products
- Co-creation and optimization of menu and dessert concepts for our chef’s table
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
- Responsibility for ordering and controlling goods
- Leading and motivating a high-performing team
Your qualifications
- Completed training or degree in pastry or culinary arts
- 5–10 years of professional experience in pastry
- Proven experience in luxury hotels and high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of international desserts and trends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
